Terms of Service — Rima Minerals

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through rima-minerals.eu, operated by Rima Minerals, Assenede 9960, Belgium. VAT: BE1034485303

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian and EU consumer law, customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. However, dietary supplements and sealed health products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken after delivery, due to health protection and hygiene reasons.

3. Legal Warranty (Equipment)

All electronic devices (such as the LifeEnergy line) are covered by the mandatory 2-year European legal warranty. In the event of a defect within this period, the customer must contact Rima Minerals. We will facilitate the repair or replacement through our official manufacturing partner in Italy.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of any dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Ghent shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

5. Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed on rima-minerals.eu are inclusive of applicable VAT in accordance with Belgian law. The applicable VAT rate will be shown at checkout.

6. Dietary Supplements & FAVV Compliance

The dietary supplements offered on this website are sold by Rima Minerals (VAT: BE1034485303) and are intended for the Belgian and EU market. They comply with applicable EU food supplement regulations. In accordance with Belgian law (Royal Decree of 29 August 1997), responsible operators are required to notify the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (FAVV/AFSCA) before placing dietary supplements on the Belgian market.
